GPS is used to track and monitor players’ movements during training and games. This data can be used to help coaches analyse players’ performance, identify areas where they can improve, and make more informed decisions about player development.
Additionally, the data can also be used to monitor the workload of individual players and ensure that they are not overtraining or undertraining.
GPS helps Spirit FC optimize player development, analyse performance, and manage physical loads, making it a valuable tool for our players.
